Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen wins the Malaysian GP 2008. It was a race which gave 1/5 of the chance for a wet ground, but in the end it turned out to be a dry race throughout. Massa who took the pole lead the race, with Kimi behind him until the first pit stop after which his teammate Kimi took the lead. Unfortunately for Massa, he did not finish the race as he ended up with his car parked on the gravel. A bit of jolt for Ferrari and Massa in terms of points as it would have been a Ferrari one-two otherwise.

And then, it was Kimi reigning all the way thru, finishing a dominating race for him and Ferrari. Kubica in his BMW secured the second place. Mclarens were never really in contention for a race win though Heikki Kovalainen completed the podium lineup by finishing third. Jarno Trulli came fourth and Lewis Hamilton finished fifth. Nick Heidfeld, Mark Webber and Fernando Alonso finished in points securing sixth to eighth places respectively.

Hamilton still maintains his championship lead after two races and he knows wats more important is to finish the last race of this season on the same position. Mclaren leads the constructors title run. Ferrari and Kimi are right back at this and a great season seems to be in store. Lets watch out!!!
